Admission and Withdrawal

    Admission Procedure

    Parents have to submit a completed admission form duly signed to the admission committee along with the following mandatory documents. Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of all the documents meanwhile it will remain provisional.

    Documents for admission

    • 1. Student’s original Birth Certificate (for admission to classes- Nursery, LKG, UKG and 1st std .)

      / Students school leaving certificate with clear mention of school U-dise number, school Permission number, school code, school affiliation number, student ID number (For 2 nd Std. onwards)
    • 2. Student’s 2 passport size coloured photographs
    • 3. Parents’ passport size coloured photographs
    • 4. Student’s Aadhar card
    • 5. Parents’ Aadhar card
    • 6. Student’s caste certificate
    • 7. Parents’ school/ college leaving certificate
    • 8. Parents’ caste certificate
    • 9. Parents’ address proof
    • 10. Parents’ two phone numbers
    • 11. Students’ progress card of the previous class
    • 12. Student’s cumulative record
    • 13. Student’s migration certificate (for class 10th students only in case of change education board or state)

    Note : entries of first name, middle name and last name must be the same in all the documents. If there is any discrepancy in the entries in student’s document the entry will be made in the school admission and withdrawal register only from Studentś original birth certificate for admission to classes- 1st std . and For 2 nd Std . onwards the entries will be taken from Student’s School Leaving Certificate. School cannot change the entry once made in its admission and withdrawal register. If any correction is to be made in documents, Parents will have to follow strictly the procedure as per the norms of education department.

    Rules and regulations for students - Kindly find it in the Student’s Diary

    A student must report the school on time as mentioned in the students’ diary. Frequent late coming to the school does not give entry to the child in the classroom .It is the sole responsibility of parents, auto drivers or whoever drops the child to the school to take the child home. The school will not be responsible in this regard.

    During the school hours, students must come to the school in complete and clean uniform- well polished shoes, proper socks, neck tie, and waist belt. Students are to ensure a very high standard of cleanliness and personal hygiene.

    The girls’ shirts must be extending at least 6” below the waist and skirt should be below knee length.

    Boys’ shirts are required to be tucked into the pants at all times. Boys should have cut their hair short in crew cut only. No another type of haircut is allowed. Students cannot keep modern hair style. Hair should not be coloured, tinted or highlighted. girls have to keep two pony.

    Students are not permitted to wear or bring ostentatious or expensive jewellery, watches, wristbands or similar accessories. Any item which can cause physical harm / injury or should not be brought to the school by students. Any violation of this policy will be subject to severe disciplinary action which may include immediate expulsion from the school.

    Mobile telephones, Ipods (MP3 players), Walkman gadgets are out of bounds for students in the school premises. Consumption of chewing gum, pan or pan masala or similar substances by students is completely banned.

    Students are strictly forbidden to cause any damage to any part of the school .The amount of the thing will be charged from students.

    Students should not use any sort of abusive language at any time, which may lead to expulsion from the school. Complete silence must be observed in the entire school during school hours.

    Students are not permitted to loiter outside classrooms or laboratories. Students are also not permitted to run around and shout in the school premises. Running and playing inside the school building is not permitted. Students should keep the campus free of litter.

    Students must attend all classes as per school Time Table and bring with them all relevant books. Student should carry his / her school diary and I-card every day to school.

    Students who are unable to attend school because of illness must bring a letter signed by their parents are requested to attach a medical certificate from a doctor if the student is absent for more than 03 days. Parents should make a request for leave in advance and only when they are convinced of its absolute necessity.

    Except in case of injury or illness of the student, the application for leave written by the parent / guardian should be addressed to the Head. Leave for absence on the first and last days of summer vacation or autumn / winter break will not be ordinarily granted. Students may not leave the school premises during the school working hours unless they have a letter signed by their parents, requesting permission to do so.

    Pupils suffering from a contagious or infectious disease shall not be permitted to attend the school, until a medical fitness certificate is produced.

    A pupil may not be allowed to sit in the session-ending examination if he has not put in a minimum of 75% of the total attendance of the academic session.

    Parents are requested not to send any cakes or take home presents for students or teachers. On their birthday, students are free to wear clothes of their choice, subject to norms of modesty.

    Lost and found items are kept in the School Office. Any valuable item or cash found by students should be deposited at the Front Office. Students are advised to write clearly their name and class on all items brought to the school. Parents cannot meet the teachers during the school hours. They can meet the teacher, if it is urgent, only after the school is over in the presence of the Principal and on the day of PTM.

    Until and unless all the original documents are produced the admission of the student will is provisional .it will be confirmed only after the submission of original documents like original birth certificate , original school leaving certificate, original migration certificate. The original documents must be submitted latest by 30th August of the year in which student is seeking admission. Any kind of fee is non- refundable. The fees must be paid as per the school norms. If the school fees is not paid on time, late fees will be imposed. Besides we are unable to let your child write the succeeding examination.

    A regular student can get only two bonafide certificate in an academic session. A student can get a bonafide or the like certificate only after three days of application by parents and submission of other necessary papers or documents. There is no provision of conducting examination again if a child remains absent for any sort of examinationon any grounds. Only the final examination can be conducted again for a student if the student provides a medical illness certificate by a physician not less than the grade of an MBBS doctor .The student will have to pay Rṣ100 per paper examination.

    If parents want to withdraw his/ her admission from the school and wants school leaving certificate, will get it only after seven days of parent’s application and a letter from the school where the student is going to seek admission with its Udise number. A student can be issued school leaving certificate (TC) only between 1st July and 30th August not after the said period. The Leaving/ Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the payment of all sorts of school fees.

    Parents are requested not to give or send money along with students until and unless a written notice is issued by the Principal. Students cannot collect money for any purpose until and unless they seek permission from the Principal.

    Frequent cases of indiscipline lead to the expulsion of the student from the school. The decision of the school will be final. Parents are requested to send only healthy food like roti sabji , poori bhaji, fruits , salad , sprouts in the lunch box of your child . Junk food, fast food is not at all allowed .non veg is strictly prohibited. Parents cannot contact the teachers on their personal phone numbers. They can contact on school phone number between 02:30pṁ. and 03:30 p.ṁ.. Students must complete their homework on time.

    Student should take care of his books, bag, compass box, lunch box, water bottle. Student must be present 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the school bus. The bus cannot wait for more than 2 minutes. If under some urgent and unavoidable situation parents want early leave for their child, they will have to write an application to the Head. Parents themselves will have to come to receive their child. If any another person comes, he/she will have to produce an identity proof like Aadhar card, EPIC. Parents must make a call to the school in this regard.

    The school will not drop the child at home. If a child is not well, the school will take him to the nearby government hospital. However, parents have to come to take the child at home.
